Russia visa free entry for HKSAR resumed

Please, be informed that according to the recent amendments to the Executive Order No.635-r of the Government of the Russian Federation, all restrictions on entry into the Russian Federation and visa processing for all Hong Kong and Macao residents are lifted.

The visa free entry into Russia from the territory of Hong Kong and Macao for the holders of the Hong Kong and Macao SAR passports for 14 and 30 days respectively is resumed.

The Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Hong Kong has resumed the issuance of all categories of visas: https://hongkong.mid.ru/web/hongkong-en/application-requirements
